What components make up success? Whether we talk about changing jobs, asking for a promotion. Writing a CV that highlights our competencies, skills and achievements. Is it different for a graduate versus an experienced worker? Identifying how to showcase our priorities, what gets us out of bed in the morning? If we can define our personal characteristics, negotiate and present our strengths or skills to find a new role, realise the raise, promotion we are after.
